I strongly believe actions speak louder than words. This is why when reading this resume, you may notice that I always want (and most the time achieve) the best out of every situation. But don’t take my word for it, rather listen to the professionals whom took the time to work with me and got to know me:
Alexandr Akimov
Senior Lecturer in Banking and Finance at Griffith Business School
Ardin excelled himself in all assessment items, showing solid analytical, numerical, and problem–solving skills. He came to classes prepared, which shows his diligence and interest in the discipline of Finance. He has been keen to engage in discussions on the topics beyond the course’s material. Overall, I would rate his performance in the class I taught as within the top 5 percent of the class. Ardin has a pleasant personality; he is kind and honest, and I am sure he has a strong work ethics. Therefore, I am happy to support his application both for finance-related jobs and further studies.
Fabrizio Carmignani
Dean Acedemic (Business) at Griffith Business School
Ardin strikes me as a dynamic, highly motivated and committed individuals, with a passion for economics, and more generally an interest in exploring problems and finding solutions. During his time at Griffith, he faced all the difficulties and challenges presented by the COVID-19 crisis. These can be overwhelming for an international student. Yet, Ardin did not lose focus, as shown by his rate of attendance to classes, contribution to class discussion, and strong performance in the various assessment items planned throughout the trimester.
For what I have seen, Ardin is a reliable individual, with a strong potential. I believe that he would add value to any business organisation, both in the private and public sector.
Isaac Rosenthal
Investment Manager at Paragon Partners Asia
In the course of his internship Ardin demonstrated that he was able to perform his tasks adeptly. Ardin also trained new interns in investment calls and how to reach out to both investors and local contacts. As the supervisor of the investor outreach team Ardin made sure that everyone got their goal at the end of the week. Furthermore, he researched over three hundred companies for the database and both trained and guided fellow interns in their own research. In local projects, Ardin was involved with calling contacts and researching projects for market comparable, honing in his understanding of Chinese and international investment operations.
Throughout his time at Paragon, Ardin demonstrated that he is a team-player and enthusiastically cooperated with fellow workers and management. Ardin was driven in his work and was able and willing to utilise feedback to improve whenever necessary.
Robert Bianchi
Professor of Finance at Griffith Business School
During our investment team meetings, I found Ardin to be an individual with excellent communication skills and insightful ideas. I found Ardin to be a courteous and respectful individual who exhibited high levels of professionalism at all times.
Ardin exhibits a mature attitude to life and is a well-rounded individual. Ardin’s strong talents and abilities will hold him in good stead in his career in the finance and investment industry, wherever it may take him. I can attest that Ardin will be a valuable asset to any industry organisation or university in the future.
